Im assuming these are considered exotics in tx like axis and fallow etc... my question is does anyone know of some ranchers who raise elk specifically for venison ? or a trophy ranch that offers more affordable cow hunts?

Check out the Longfellow Ranch in West Texas or Mulie_Mike on here. They both do Elk hunts on free range ranches.
