Not to start anything but it looks like he would be close to not making antler restrictions.

If I send my neighbors a text and ask them to give me feedback on my lawn and plant rye into a giant dong pattern, I'm probably going to get some less than positive feedback. Same goes here.

Great footage, liked seeing him thrash that tree. No way ever in a million years could I wait until the next morning to track him.

What would happen if it didn't meet antler restrictions? Would it just not be eligible for any records?

What would happen if it didn't meet antler restrictions? Would it just not be eligible for any records? I'm sure the hunter would get fined and the TP&W would confiscate the buck. Laws is laws.

I would love to see what a GW would say if a buck like that taped out at 12.5". 99% of game wardens in the country wouldn't write a ticket for that deer. It would be very interesting. Obviously, it would become public very quickly wether he was checked in the field not. I would think that the TPWD would have to make some kind of special concession. The hell they would catch for confiscating that buck would never end.
