By Sales? By Reliability? By Capability? By Value?
Never violate a woman, nor harm a child. Do not lie, cheat or steal. These things are for lesser men. Protect the weak against the evil strong. And never allow thoughts of gain to lead you into the pursuit of evil.

What do you want to primarily use it for? Work? High-speed Trail riding? Hunting?
They each have areas where they are a little stronger and a little weaker.

They each have areas where they are a little stronger and a little weaker. this is the case...trade offs with every brand. personally, for a straight farm runabout, you are hard pressed to beat the mules. Rugged, very dependable, metal beds, etc. The Polaris rangers are smoother but imo and ime they can't haul the loads in the bed the rangers can. we put 15 bags of feed in the mule you don't even notice it. the same load in the ranger has it squatting to the floor. but the rangers have double the power the older mules did. I rode in a 2015 4010 a few days ago and they have gotten better but powerwise they still aren't up with a ranger. I also like the rangers selection as you can get a bare bones 400 CC single cab, a 570 single or double (more than enough for the average joe) a 800 or a 900 cc single or crew. The Kubota's are extremely tough but they are loud and ride like a shopping cart. the can-ams and rhino's and whatnot are really meant for trail riding, Honda has a new one out that looks like a very good unit buy I have not ridden in them.
For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

I have a 2014 Ranger 800XP my son just bought a 2015 Ranger 900XP. I sure do like his 900, It is much quitter, plus the heat from the engine doesn't come into the cab as much. With that said I still love my 800.

I'm on my second Polaris Ranger and wouldn't have anything else. My dad has a JD gator 825i and it doesn't compare to my ranger. Friend in the lease has a Kubota and its like riding in a slow tank. They all prefer my rangerand my friend is selling his Kubota to get a ranger.

Not to mentioned fully dust proof, air conditioner and heater, defroster, hydrolic be
