This may be a long shot, but curious if anyone will be hunting South Dakota during that time frame and willing to let us (3 of us) hunt behind their dogs with them.

We will be based south of Chamberlain, and hunting public land and willing to drive a couple hours. We have a couple labs, but one is a hard charging rookie and the other is a "seasoned" (a little old) veteran. We are also waterfowl hunting and expect that our dogs will need a break.

We wouldn't mind taking shifts if you want to give your dog a break while hunting behind ours. We'd be willing to help with gas, food, etc.

Anybody have any other recommendations other than paying high guide fees? I already expect to go dogless and just walk if needed.

Thanks, and feel free to post here or message me.
