I'm looking to put up a video camera, basically a security camera that I can use to watch deer from the house. It needs to have at least a 75 yard range, with pan and zoom. Already have power to the tree where I want to hang it. Any suggestions?

Is there one out there that doesn't require monthly fees?

Yes but you will have to build your own to your needs. More of a wireless outdoor security cam is what you will want. There are wireless transmitters out their but their range is limited. Just have to search for them.
