Well guys, I was contacted regarding a 106 acre lease outside of Eden, TX that I would like to snatch up, but needing a 2nd gun to make it economical. Price for the 2nd gun would be 1250 plus 125 for electric and water. Year round lease. I figure we could each put up a stand and a feeder to two. Let me know what yall think.
I would love to lease it all myself, but just not able to swing the cash currently.
