Took my daughter hunting this weekend for a spotted fallow. Watching my daughter take a Trophy Fallow on my birthday was a great gift for me as a Dad. You really get the TexAfrica experience at the Wendy Lou. Caitlin has a white fallow she took last year and next year is the chocolate to complete her fallow slam. First time hunting at the Wendy Lou and what a spectacular ranch! The 5 star accommodations are second to none and Mike Odell the Ranch Manager is a great guide who really took the time to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely go back again. If you are looking for a place to take your buddies or a family trip I highly recommend this ranch. The animals are beautiful trophy quality and there is no shortage of game. I have been to many ranches over the years and my best hunts are always when the guide is knowledgeable, polite and treats you as a friend. Mikes first concern was my family having a great time. I appreciate that Mike!! Great herd of Red Stags!! My wife and nephew came along as well. My nephew Cade had a great time and at 12 can't get enough of hunting and fishing. My brother says he is a "Mini Me". I am doing my best to nurture this along. My wife said she would have no problem going back to this ranch. Very nice and comfortable!! She loved looking at all of the wildlife.

That's interesting that you guys only have 3 colour phases of fallow in the US. we've got four down here, I just need one more (menil) to get the four. They're beautiful in any colour though!

We have the 4 but most people consider the lighter and darker spotted just as spotted
