so im working in Wyoming and wanted to hunt some antelope but sadly it is far past deadlines for draw hunt applications and wanted to know the only way to hunt here was through drawn hunts or if I could simply buy the tags and go hunt

Just from a quick scan, I would say you are correct, draw only.

well guess ill just have to wait till next year, another question is if you hunt with an outfitter you would still need to have drawn tags right or no?

I dont know how they do their draw, but many stats have tags available to landowners, some call them "vouchers". You may call the stat wildlife agency and ask them how it would work in your situation, they will tell you in a few seconds if you're truly SOL.

Don't know where you are located or how bad you want to hunt them. There is a leftover tag list on the Hunting subpage for Wy G&F. Sadly, the only ones left are in Units 20 or 102 where it is all private land. The reduced price doe/fawn tags sold out long ago.
