As far as I know, he never got shot.
What's your educated guesses?

I'm gonna say he is just a knuckle under 145"

Really pretty deer though

I would guess him to be mid-to uppers 150's with those extra points off the browtines. Can't really tell how long the BT are or the extra points. That is a great looking buck and that shape rack is my favorite.

I'm thinking around 150. Wouldn't surprise me if he went more. East Texas?

Curly do you have a pic that would show how long those two extra points are off of his browtines? They look long in the last pic.

That's one good looking buck! I know I'm probably in the minority here, but I'd much rather prefer a buck like this than a 48 point non typ.

Guessing low to mid 150s. Are the dates right; has he been ground checked?

...and he doesn't appear to be a fan of your indian corn.

Thanks. I think what some are missing is the on the left browtine the split and the brow would both be scored from the mainbeam IMO. If the left one is done the same then the score could have been even better.

I think that might be stretching to get in the 150s....looks maybe 16" inside spread, main beam not much mass there....he's a classic typical, a perfect breeder buck and oh yeah a really nice wall hanger!!! Good luck...I'd put him 4-1/2 but no older than 5-1/2.

Upper 140s-low 150s. I like how he knows where the name Curly is on the pic & is sticking his tongue out at it.

Is the date on the camera correct and those are from 09, if so I hope you can get one of his sons because he would be very old now if still around.

Great looking buck and my guess is 150ish
