Anyone hunting in NTX this weekend? This week's heat will be followed Friday by a cold front rolling in from the north, with good chances of rain and about 20-25 degree drop in temp.
The wind will set up perfectly for my tripod as my son tries for his first archery deer. Hoping the cool weather has the deer moving a little and we get some good action.

My place is around Bowie. We have so many acorns that I doubt that the weather change will help much. I've cut some of my feeders to 1 second.

Without a sense of urgency, nothing ever happens.
Boy, if I say "sic em", you'd better look for something to bite. Sam Shelley, Rancher Muleshoe Texas 1892-1985 RIP

good luck buddy, i'll be out there on sunday, just not sure where yet/
If I send my neighbors a text and ask them to give me feedback on my lawn and plant rye into a giant dong pattern, I'm probably going to get some less than positive feedback. Same goes here.

I am glad to hear others are having a build up of corn. Mine are set at 3 seconds and the ground is full of corn. Hoping that changes when the acorn #s fall.

Arise.Kill.Eat -Acts 10:13 I have read a bunch of stuff on the internet about Star Wars but that does not mean I can skin a deer with a light saber.
