India- beetles and milk curd. UK- blood pudding. Thailand- all kinds of insects, scorpions Taiwan- monkey meat.
Here- armadillo, ostrich, bison, emu, frog legs, escargot, rattlesnake, chicken liver, cactus, duck eggs, kimchi, squirrel, rabbit, groundhog, nutria, bobcat, raccoon, oysters, clams, alligator, hog, deer elk, moose, dove, duck, goose, squid, sashimi (125 miles out and still flopping), Caviar, turtle, menudo, barbacoa(cooked in the ground) and worst of all Taco Bell.

Bobcat is the most exotic I've had. Not my favorite but not bad.

Lamb brain in France. Actually served two complete lamb brains on the plate with the brain stem still attached. The complete brains were both sautéd whole. Best way to describe it was the texture of marshmallow. Did one, left the second one untouched. Wouldn't do it again.
