I have the reticle off because the thermal is mounted in front of the eotech unfortunately I misjudged the range and shot over it's back. This one really pissed me off because that same morning I dropped a yote at 147yds but missed this cat around 40-50yds..... Funny part about this every time I have the DVR recording I miss when it's off or not on the rifle I drop em, if I miss another one I'm taking the DVR off and considering it bad luck! whistle

That stinks, but happens more than we like to admit esp when running NV or thermal. The distances are just difficult to judge and then you can get a young animal and it throws it all out the window

Wait a tick....

Run that back in super slow motion, I think he pulled a "Neo" on you.

Speaking about the MDVR, it is a great piece of equipment but now that you mention it I haven't killed a single pig since I got it popcorn

Yea that joker was flying across that pasture, I'm gonna try some other areas in the morning then call it quits for a few days.

Nice looking vid! I like the miss vids because it happens to us all and yes, it seems my percentage has dropped with the MDVR....or is it just recording? There is distraction when we are geting everything fired up. Not a lot, but a shift in concentration. Dunno... Anyway, thanks for sharing... up

Roadkill I think you're right on the distraction.
