Do you have cows and or cedar trees on your lease?

If so step in the cow crap when going to your stand. (The fresher the better)
If you have cedar trees try snipping some branches and placing them around your ground blind. You should also take a cedar branch and rub it all over your hunting cloths and boots.

Nope, neither. But they do bail the absolute hell outta hay within about 5 yards of where this is set, so I don't think the deer are going to think anything of a shape of this size appearing unless it has too strong a human scent, which it might.

I hope it doesn't scare the 1 buck I'm chasing off, but it very well might. I shoulda set it a month ago, but never got around to it.

I had a set up like this but I put the pop up 20-25 yards from the feeder.

I also had someone weld a stand/base about 2 feet off the ground to put the pop-up ontop of.

Are those small trees in the way of a shot?

20-30 yards from feeder would be better, any movement in the blind or noise also a better distance off of feeder

The trees were left intentionally. It's close to the feeder, but a lot of the deer don't actually hit this feeder and enter the field via game trails 20-50 yards to either side of it.

It's a very high traffic area, so there's really nowhere you could possibly put it where it wouldn't be right in the thick of things.

If I sit Saturday am and nothing hits, I'll have to reevaulate

While in my pop-up, I've put 2 or 3 earth scent disks on the frame and have had bucks stand 10 feet from me and graze. Good Luck !

Not sure anyone could ever measure that.

Personally, I've had the best results by just using good scent control methods. Outside of hunting the wind, and as far as products go, I just use the hair and body "green" soap in the shower and Sport Wash for my clothes. I do my best to keep my gear, including boots, scent free as well by using the green liquid soap on my Summit climber (seat, storage bags, and rail padding. For a ground blind, I set it up in the driveway before the season and use the green liquid soap, a bristle brush, and water hose to scrub it clean, then let it air dry and get it in the woods soonest. I guess you could probably not clean the blind if you get it in the woods several months before the season allowing the human scent to dissipate.

Sometimes, I'll use a scent-killer type spray but that's about it. I refuse to get into many of the other gimmicks like Nose Jammer, Ozonics, etc, etc.

NOTHING trumps hunting the wind, but with rising thermals, you can get away with a little more during a morning hunt than you would with an evening hunt with falling thermals. YMMV.

ETA: Here's a video I took in Kansas of a buck that came in behind me right at day break (= no thermals) and COMPLETELY down wind. I really believe that this is a great example of what good scent control techniques can do for you. He's in my scent stream for almost a minute and a half. I am sitting about six feet off the ground in a short ladder stand (my buddy has vertigo and cannot do the heights) and completely exposed.

Since you have the blind already up, I wouldn't worry too much the first time you hunt. The creatures get use to the strange object in the woods faily quickly. Nature has pretty much taken care of the scents in the blind materials. De-scent your clothes and use the scent disks. I think brushing in with cedar or nearby saplings really helps for scent control and preventing silhouettes in the blind. I would spray odor neutralizers each time you leave.

Get an Ozonics air do hickie thing

I didn't see anything the first morning I sat, but I pulled the camera and have had deer all over that blind.

Also had an armadillo burrow it's way IN while I was in there Saturday morning.
