Didn't scout today- by the lack of reports- thinking birds are still few and far between- heard lake X is still very thin

Pretty thin up here! We have killed 22 and just not seeing a whole lot. The river is loaded one day and ghost town the next!

Went Saturday and Sunday big lake didn't see a single teal.

I'm limiting every day and seeing large flocks N. of Hwy 20 & S of the RR. This year scouting is really paying off, though it helps having buddies scattered all over N Texas.

Quite a few woodies, occasional gads, at all the spots we're hitting teal.

Alarm set at 4:45.

Saw a TON of birds both am and pm. The flocks are definitely larger and more numerous, it can only get better.

The teal disappeared from our place west of Sherman. 30-40 geese though. Interested to see what tomorrow brings.

Should be much better as far as numbers. 4:45 it is.

Any updates today?

Just got back from Southern Oklahoma (less than 100 miles from North Dallas area). Very few Teal in the area. Saw more around southern Kansas. Should be in your backyard soon!

Been pretty good around here shot 56 the first week.
