I will be hunting a place near Boerne over Thanksgiving with my daughter. However, her BF will be with us this year and my arrangement with the landowner is "no guests". I respect that and wouldn't want to affect the good deal I have there - so I am looking for a hunt for her BF, bow or gun, for a doe, spike, or cull during that weekend.

He is a good kid, junior at TAMU as is my daughter. He is respectful, loves the outdoors, and is a hard core angler. I enjoy his company and personally vouch for him. Recently put him on an axis doe, his first deer, at a friends place in Brady. But now he wants a whitetail.

Anybody out there have something within an hour or so of Boerne?
