I am guessing only 3.5 but is a heck of deer for only being a 6. Had someone else tell me he thought he is 2.5. What do yall think?

BTW this is in Montague County.

He does look young in that 2nd pic for sure, but i'd say he's a 3yo.

You really think he could be 4.5?? Hard to tell in these pics. In one pic he looks really young and in the next he looks older...Either way he would be a good first "Bow" buck. I might pass him up with a rifle because there are better deer up there.

If he is a 2.5 or 3.5 year old do you think he will always be a 6 or???

Id say middle aged, 3.5 YO

He may not always be a 6 pt, but he will likely never be exactly what your looking for.

He's young, I'd say probably 2.5, maybe 3.5, but not older than that. In either case, or even if he was 4.5 I'd let that guy go at least one more year and see what turns up. He gets a couple more tines going there you could be looking at a booner.

Yes I do. He's still in velvet in that pic so his neck is gonna muscle up in the next month or so. He might be a year younger but his brisket looks a little older to me. And yes he would be a nice bow buck. up
