twas down by feeder at creek & found fresh hog tracks, my English not as good as, most on here, f pretty good at reading sign though. told one guy had found some rubs & scrapes, he didn't believe me till went & showed him. they not as big as some hogs that taken & not as many. my complaint bout hogs got ta get licence ta & chill don't do no good ta complain.

Cant stand the skeeters snakes and chiggers. Once they are gone I will be up there in your neck o the woods banging them out!!! After deer season most likely!

Still contemplating shootin my first deer this year. Just not sure about it yet but man I have seen some game pics of some big deer up there on another forum.

times tis tough here, can't afford poaching fees used ta volenteer me time hunten hogs, the udder wild game for en & chillen. been getting the culled shoulder on this form. tried ta get a muzzy hunt for hogs going at OSBWMA, it was so quiet ya could here a cricket chirping, over a mile away. can't blame em, its all about high tech. gotta pay ta play. gots ta give em credit though, seeing less hogs & more deer. Thar be snakes out thar in de woods

I think I saw more deer than hogs last year also

My 10 days in the SHNF I probably saw

20 deer

8 hogs

1 bobcat

and had a bunch of coyotes come up fairly close to me one night walkin back to my truck. didnt get a shot on em just too dark!

But they were a little too close for comfort since they were in a large pack. I was carrying the AR that day so I was ready to bump off 4 or 5 shots a second if I could.

I hate snakes colt!!!!!!!!! That is why I dont hunt till january! No snakes no bugs no chiggers no skeeters.

I would buy some snake boots but I cant find any that will fit a bigfoot.

first lease got on was $250.00 year lease 1 buck only. but it had hogs, & can hunt them 24-7-365 so figured give it a try. think it comes out ta less than dollar day. it was full of snakes, guys at work kept kidden me bout, hog gonna get ya, twasnt hogs was worried about. wondering about the woods in dark not brightest. set up by place hogs had all torn up edge of water. let eyes agust, things were quiet. seen movement, hog was bout 30 yrds other side so started essence threw knee deep water, whin snake, wiggled bye, can still here the screams down thar at night if ya sit real still. some say tis a panther but i know differnt. seeing more deer than hogs here on cams, & last two yrs at OSBWMA lots of miles during hog general hunts, see deer very few hogs. can't complain. got bunch of videos of good ol days. sometimes i sneck up on hogs whin they sleepen & bark like a dog got few pics of bobcat by feeders this year, bout 200 yrds from house. best wishes edit: this android makes me look stupider than already am
