Seasoned the 30 dove breasts for 24 hours.....grilled....chopped 1/2 pound of bacon and fried....pulled the dove meat from the breast bones and added to the bacon/grease and let brown for another 5 minutes....drained...put dove/bacon mixture into food processor and ground course to stuff along with shredded jack cheese....

the first pic is the pulled dove/bacon mix just after it was pulled from the heat
