Hey,
I have a parcel of land listed for sale off Rose Hill Rd, southwest of Whitewright. It could be used for building a retirement home or just hunting. The neighbor has seen/shot large (!) deer in the area, and believes it would be a great little bow hunting tract. Its a hour and fifteen minutes from downtown Dallas. I have seen deer and pigs. Its just over 41 acres, with about 10-15 acres of thick bottom grounds.
