I have a pen around my deer feeder but also have it set up to make a "6" pen to trap hogs. Anyone had any luck with these traps? Any good tips for them? Thanks in advance.

Sink a t-post about 4 feet inside the trap to the left of the "gate" and wire it about 3/4 way open for about 10 days, baited. Once they're hitting it regularly let it close flush against the side of the trap and make sure it's at a steep enough angle that it doesn't hang up and will push open fairly easily. Good luck!

We used T-posts & cattle panels, worked great first couple time, but the piggies seem to get wise fairly quick and quit going into it.

build a bottom in the pen and you wont have to worry about it... fully enclosed with metal tubing as the frame and hog panel for the sides... just panel will be busted and laughed at by a big boar
