I did the Johnsonville brats on the grill while the peppers were cooking. the peppers & onions are from an Italian recipe "stewed peppers", the peppers are good with any kind of meat, going to do garlic mashed potatoes.the peppers will cook another 30 minutes

My ex was from Wisconsin and she would boil the Brats, onions and peppers in beer and then take the Brats and brown them on the grill. food

Yes sir hard to go wrong there! I like to do the exact same thing but put them in pita pockets with some mustard. Grill brats, saute peppers/onions in a pan with some butter, warm up some pita pockets... then put a bed of veggies in the pocket, brat on top with a little mustard and have at it. Good stuff!
