I have come up with a new way to make my jalapenos but its a little work. I take my pheasants and cook them all day on the crock pot in Ragu Speghetti sauce. The meat then falls off the bone and I shread it up thin. I then fix up philly cream cheese with shreadded pizza cheese. I cut the tops off the jalapenos and clean them out. After washing them out I fill the 1/2 to 3/4 with the cheese mix and then the rest is stuffed with pheasant then wrapped in bacon. After grilling them I have a raspberry chipotle sauce from HEB to dip them in. OK IM OFFICIALLY HUNGRY

Pics please! I picture the plate with all the holes for the peppers and they're overflowing with all that goodness!

Pics please! I picture the plate with all the holes for the peppers and they're overflowing with all that goodness! i really doubt we'll ever see pictures of it look at his post history he's posting every minute or so running it up quick so he can start posting in the classifieds i'm sure.
