***This is easy*** When I am done cooking my main course at the lease usually Steak and vegies, I put my cobble on and while I am eating its cooking and ready by the time we are done. I use a disposable tin pan and put a package of Betty Croker sugar cookie dough mix in with 1 egg and a large can of peaches. I drain off most of the peach juice and stir up in the pan and throw it on the grill. Makes a great cobbler

I need to try your recipe. I use fresh peaches from my trees. About 3 cups. Freeze then thaw so the natural sugars com out. Put in a 9x9 pan, cover with 3/4 bag of yellow cake mix. Sprinkle cinnamon on top, and then place butter pats on top of that. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. It is really good and easy to bake.
