Ok, now I know where the good food is. Took the wife to Mamma Foo's this afternoon. Really good food. Not quite on the level of PF Chang or Pei Wei, but pretty close to Pei Wei quality. I had Orange Peel Chicken and the wife had a Korean Spicy chicken. Mine was good. Hers was terrific.

No offense intended, but we tried the Cathay House, and the food quality was below par. Not even in the same ballpark as Mamma Fu's. Of course, that's just our opinion. Mamma Fu's is clean, new, and food quality was excellent.

Mama Foo's Kitchen is really good. We order take-out from there for the office about once a week. Nothing wrong with Cathay House, either. I've been eating there since about '73 and have never had a bad meal there.

Go inside most chinese eateries kitchen and you ll say NO mo, hell no Always surprised how they pass health inspection without bribery or somethin.

Well they did shut down the Samurai Steakhouse in Waco after finding a family of 6 living in the kitchen...

Just had one in longview health dept shut down...very nasty but when it reopens people will still go
