Any nutritional value for deer? I am debating taking one out due to all the sprouts coming up in my pasture.

If the deer aren't hammering the sprouts now then they don't want or need it. I know they will eat the leaves but don't think they are going to be any better for the deer than any other tree leaves.

Not real sure about them since most areas I have been in don't have hardly any of those trees. Someone else might be able to tell you more about that.

LOL as a kid (mid 60s) my dad and I were at the masonic lodge hall and witnessed grackles (black bird) eating china berries and almost immediately they started wobbling around like they were drunk, some even falling down. We thought the china berries might have just been fermented.
