I'm looking for ideas for a trailer or cart to pull behind my 4 wheeler. i kno tractor supply has some for around 120 or so, just seeing what y'all are using. mainly for hauling corn, deer, whatever around the lease

I built one a few years ago for hauling deer and gear. Started with steel framework and expanded metal floor for ease of cleaning. Covered the floor with a removable 1" thick rubber livestock mat. Rear gate folds down and doubles as a ramp for heavy items.

Made a drop axle rather than a straight axle for added ground clearance. Hubs were re-machined to use the same Honda ATV bolt pattern as the 4 wheeler. Tires and wheels are off a Honda ATV. Tongue is removable, and trailer can be tilted back on it's tailgate for storage, takes up little room when not in use.

Side boards can be removed if needed, stake pockets have removable pins to hold sides in place.
