I cannot vouch for the duck hunting but I can for the deer. Band of Brothers took me and a buddy for 700.00 each. He put us in a blind before daylight, left the property and around 1100 after seeing nothing at all I took a walk. Not one single track on this property, old or new. We were in the middle of a very large cotton pasture with less than a acre of wooded area. When I confronted him on this he refused to give even partial payment refund. 1400.00 wasted sitting in several hundred acres of cotton. Stay away from Haskell County/Hunt Tx.
