Found this video.....this time of year I'm either really excited about going elk hunting in Sept/Oct or
semi-depressed cause I didn't get drawn. Well, I'm semi-depressed if that tells you anything. I'm thinking about stopping in to my outfitter's camp in Oct when I'm mule deer hunting to say hello to the guides that have become my friends. Next year I plan to get a land owner tag if I don't draw out. Either way, good luck to you guys who are going this fall. I will be there with you in spirit if nothing else. Elk hunting is truly an addiction you cannot shake off easily.

Well thank you Mr. fishhuntgolfgeek. It's gonna be a tough gig, but I think I'll somehow get by. My elk tag is burning a whole in my pocket and is about to scorch my leg. Season needs to hurry up grin
