Time for new snake kickers. Lacrosse "Venom" boots and what a buy at $110.46 free shipping from a company called BootBay.com. with their "Christmas in july" sale on right now. My old Lacrosse boots are just worn out after 6 years & what seems like 1000 miles of rough texas terrain. They are nice boots, guys.

Nice. How are they In the heat? I just got the Chippewa's a couple weeks ago and pleased for $118 blue label. Being out in 90 degree weather my legs can breath some but probably not the best for rough terrain. I did kill a copperhead wearing them the 2nd time but used a shovel.

Nice boots at a very good price. Is the sizing right? I usually can't order footwear online because the sizing isn't consistent, most being a bit small for the size.

I have a pair of these boots and love them. They are very comfortable on the feet but warm on the legs.

Love mine. They are warm, but I'll deal with the extra sweat vs not being protected.

Friend of ours in Victoria was at his ranch one weekend. He was struck, but had his boots on. Aside from an underwear change, he was fine.

I like those. They key is having the laces AND the side zippers. On and off fast, but still have good ankle support.

My Redhead Bayou Zips are pretty much dead after 5 seasons. These just might be the replacements, thanks for the tip!

up on the boots. close calls we've all had em. i remember one time, out in the woods. nature was calling. so I eased up to a tree, not to spook it. leaned my rifle against it, dropped me draws. always keeping the buisnes end towards trunk, them texas heart shots on white tails are known threw out the woods. while making my deposit glansed down & noticed oil sneeky snake was less than foot away from the man & the moon, needless ta say chit flew in all directions. when I woke up from my nap, seen something running bear threw the bushes with my Charmin. i call it close in counter of the turd kind back do they come in pink camo flag

Yes, these boots are pretty sweet. I just oiled them up this morning, so haven't tried 'em on yet. But my old pair were very comfortable & dependable for busting through the briar patch & cactus. I always size myself one size larger, just because. So I wear size 12 shoes, but get 13W in boots. (You know what they say about guys with big feet .....they make good clowns!) Hope you get in on this july sale TexAg. $110 is a good price.

Bought a pair of them before last season. Very comfortable, warm in winter, hottern hell in summer, and easy to get on and off. You're gonna love em.

Great looking boots. I really need to pull the trigger on some of those. I always make plans to buy some, and they always get knocked down the priority list for something else.
