Lease for ten hunters on ten sections (6400 acres). Whitetail, dove, quail, javelina, fall turkey and all the predators you can shoot (including the occasional Mt. Lion). Mesquite and cedar cover with hackberry and oak in the draw bottoms. We provide year round feeding, ten feeders and ten blinds. Permanent house for hunting cabin that sleeps nine and manufactured house that sleeps four more. Both have running water, full kitchen, bathroom, and heat. On site walk-in cooler for meat storage. Cleaning racks big enough to handle 5 deer at once.

$5800 per gun. Prefer a group of ten, but first hunters I have received 50% deposit and signed lease agreement from have secured spots.

Too many coins for me for 1 deer.

Bp3, it a five deer agreement, 2 bucks (one management) and 3 doe. We are MLD participator property owners, so we will provide all the WT tags. Terrell County is a non-antler restriction county. Plus the opportunity at all the other game mentioned.
