Years ago after buying a new Beretta 390 auto shotgun I had a Pachmayr recoil pad put on it, it was ok, about six years ago I got a Silver Pigeon 2, 12 gauge O/U. While at a local Sporting goods store I noticed they had a limbsaver recoil pad that fit my Beretta O/U, it was great, much gooder that the pachmayer. Over the years it started getting "gummy". I called Limbsaver yesterday and spoke with Marcie about a Precision-Fit recall pad for the Beretta and the new Airtech. She answered all my questions and was extremely helpful, later on I set an email detailing my problem & requesting info on the Airtech precision fit for a remington 700 CDL. Bill sent me an email asking me to call him. When I called him I told him that I had already purchased a model 10701 for my Beretta online. He stated that they had a problem with some "rubber" some time ago and since I had already purchased a replacement for the 10701 he was going to send me a new airtech for my CDL.
In this day of mega corporation's it's refreshing to find one that produces products that work and whose employees care about their customers.
If you are in the market for a recoil pad for your rifle or shotgun all I can say is strongly consider a limbsaver product I don't think you will be disappointed.
By the way when I called it was answered by a person each time and they were able to address my concerns without pressing 1-5, what a refreshing experience.

Had the same problem with Limbsaver.

I have Limbsavers on almost all my rifles. I can't believe the difference they make. I,m glad to know that if I have any problem at least a real person will answer the phone.
