I would have to say not crazy at all. I have 3 red dogs in the house. I'm sure you are seeing a lot of this at your house. 
Shopping with your husband is like hunting with the game warden.

I have 8 big dogs in the house you'll be ok with training you'll enjoy haveing a pack.
