Lease is $20,000 annual for 7 hunters. It would hold more than that but owners would prefer fewer numbers and with guests allowed that's all the pressure it needs.

The price quoted above is for a maximum of 4 hunters. It is $23,000 for 7.

I can't edit my original post but have talked to the owners and they will take $20K for up to 7 hunters. I think this will be a great year in the Panhandle due to the moisture we have had this spring and summer and moderate temps this summer. The country is as green as I have seen it in the last give years and all of the tanks are spilling over. This ranch is worth seeing.
