Hi, we have a GSP about 7 months old that we need to find a new owner for. We are no longer in the situation where we can give the dog the excersize he needs and I cannot stand to see an energetic dog like this just staying in the yard. Normally we take him out to OP Schnable park or walk down the neighborhood to the pond down the road. We have a house in San Antonio and had 3 kids when we got the puppy but have had some life changing events since getting the puppy. Found out my wife was pregnant and I ended up changing my job from a 9-5,m-f to oilfield work. That leaves me away from home for 15 days at a time. My wife just had our baby by c section and cannot hardly move around right now. We cannot let the dog in the house now because of fear he will jump up and hurt my wife The other 3 kids are out with the father for the summer so they are no longer here to help. Is anyone interested in this or knows anyone who is? I am not looking to sell or trade this great dog, I am not looking for anything as I just want to see him in a better home that we cannot give him right now. He is current on shots and is healthy. Has not been neutered and I have the paperwork for the AKC certification but never signed up for it, I think we have up to a year to register the puppy. It is microchipped as well. We have a full size bed for indoors, full size kennel, a big dog house and plenty of toys we can give to whoever wants this dog. Email me at jeremiahgus@yahoo.com, call or text me at 210-865-9777.

There is time, and you must take it, to lay your hand on your dog's head as you walk past him lying on the floor or on his settle, time to talk with him, to remember with him, time to please him, time you can't buy back once he's gone" GBE

Looks like we found a good home for him in just minutes. This is such a blessing. I have been browsing this forum for quite a while and I am glad I am going to set someone here up with this nice dog.

This poor pup is jinxed, now I need to re-home this guy for the plain fact my older GSP attacks him and hurts him. I thought this would pass and for a while it did but last night it got ugly. If I don't hear from some one today I will call GSP rescue. He is a neat little dog.

Poor pup. Hopefully hunt15 can take him.
Haven't had it in years but never spit any out. I am a sucker for happy endings and strapped cowboys.

I wish I would have seen this earlier. I lost one of my two GSPs in a split recently and am looking for another to keep mine company.
