Great cooler, I love mine. Been running it hard for almost two years, not one single issue.

I don't need to keep ice for 6 or 7 days but what I do want is something where the handle and hinges break off with in a few week. I just want a better quality cooler and Pelican are $100 cheeper

I think the Pelican is certified. I really should go look that up. The Grizzly Coolers are I know that, and they come in cool colors, that said I think they are more expensive. Coleman is good but the plastic handle is always broken.

I have a Grizzly, ICEHOLE and a Yeti..
I saw the Pelican at GT distributors recently..
I inspected it and it "seemed" built as well as the above

Pelican has been making good cases for a long time..
I doubt you would be disappointed

I have yet to buy one of the "Super Coolers". I know a lot of people that have the Yeti and I do like them. But, I have a pelican gun case that I love and once I finally break down and buy a super cooler...it will be a pelican.

I just can decide how big to go. 65 qt. or 95 qt.

I have pelican and Yeti and hate the latches on the yeti and love the ones on the Pelican. Hold Ice about the same. No more Yetis for me

One more thing, the latch on a Pelican is strong enough to use like a handle to open the cooler, I was impressed by this.
