Interested to know everyone's favourite mount is, always find it interesting which is someone's gavotte ute as there is generally an interesting little story behind it. Also I just love a cance go perve on some great heads.

My favourite is my NZ sika. Shot in 2012 it was the animal that go me into international hunting and the one is wanted since I was a wee kid. The work was done in NZ by sika country taxidermy who have won a couple of international prizes for their work. Expensive but worth it, this pic is from a couple of years back when I first got it back.

I prefer meat in it's original packaging.

My caribou mount would definitely be my #1. Mainly because it's an extremely unique mount because of the hard turn and pedestal. I had the taxidermist mount him in that position because when I shot him, he had stopped to look back at some of his cows, just like he is mounted. Each time I look at the mount, it takes me back to that exact moment.

Moose would be my #2. To me, there isn't much better that goes over the fire place than a big ole moose head.

All of those mounts are sensational, my pick is definitely that caribou! Wow!

Buck on the left is my favorite. It was done by Kendall Kohutek and Grey Ghost taxidermy in Clyde TX.

My favorite is a very nice mount done for me by Blane Hearn in Crosby. Best Axis to date. 34 7/8" X 34 6/8" main beams, 13"x14" brows. Holds his mass all the way to the tips. Baker
