The land he is selling is a little different than I thought. He is actually going to lease to me 409 acres that joins our lease to the north, he is selling a different piece than I originally thought.
So,
We are looking for 3 hunters to join our group. We aren't looking for someone to go out drinking with at the lease, but someone who is interested in a long term management minded lease. If you would be interested please give me a PM. I am also thinking about just leasing the 409 separately of our lease. If you are a group that wants your own place, that will work. The cost of the lease is $4908. Let me know if you have any questions.
