When i was looking into getting a trust in nov/dec of last yr, i talked to 2 different lawyers and they both said a new amendment to the atf rules, wanting to close some of the loop holes dealing with the trusts. It may or may not be worth looking into. I havent checked back after i talked to them.

We'll as of the latest they (ATF)are still looking at over 8000 + excepted comments on the proposed 41P amendment . Earliest as of a few weeks ago would be 2015 . They have to answer all comments . And then we don't know if anything will or won't change. I have a trust and am still buying NFA items so no matter what I will have my stuff I'm the trust . Trust is better than individual in that anyone in the trust can possess the items . We're as if someone has access to item and it's not in a trust with them on it or if you did a buy without trust then they can be fined 250000 and be imprisoned for 10 years
