Any interest in leasing a 106 acre property near Eden that includes a 2600' runway? This would be primarily a recreation property, but hunting rights would be included. $3000/yr total plus $25/mnth if you want electric and water hookup. I would like to lease this to a father/son, husband/wife, or maybe two brothers.
