Here's what it looks like on the Red River

I drove into my lease and my truck was slipping and sliding all over the place, not from ice but the mud. I am in clay county and last eve we had ice but overnight got just above freezing and has been raining since...standing water everywhere and the mud is slick as ice. Told the kids I was going to do some donuts later on in the truck

Yepper pretty wet an muddy here I'm just out side of Burkburnet . I've been hearing a lot of branches breaking because of the ice an seen a doe about 7:45. Good luck!

I was in a blind in Raines Co at the same time. Front had hit about 20 minutes earlier, went from moderate cold, mist to rain, North wind 15 mph and bone chilling cold quick. Saw eight doe and a small spike. Let the spike go because we didn't want to track in this weather.
