Take it in whole and ask them to cut u some inch thick chops.

We do all our own we love making deer burgers grinding ourselves with bacon. Delish!

burgers and steaks for me!


I don't always shoot deer, but when I do, I prefer B&C's.

Maximum chicken fry steaks, backstraps and tenderloins whole, 10 lbs. of smoked cracked black pepper sausage, and bag the trimmings. I clean up the trimmings myself to remove all tendons, gristle, silver skin, etc. and grind up the meat for chili.
