what area?
depends on the county and acreage size
For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

depending on improvements, in medina you may be looking at upwards of $8k/acre
frio and Uvalde, anywhere from $3500-$4500/acre
For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

I think you will be driving way out west to find land at $1500/acre. Definitely nothing in the hill country that cheap.

May be farther than you want, but land in Hamilton Co is $2,500-$3,500 per acre. Check out Hico-Ranch.com for example.

I'd ask him if he's pregnant. He missed a s__tload of periods. I'll take "things that look like a uterus" for $200 Alex.

$1500/acre is not hard to find. What really matters is the overall total you are wanting to pay.

$1500 per acre is not only hard to find, it's impossible to find in a large part of this state. I don't think there is a single parcel available in Medina county for less than $2000 per acre, and that's the price if you're buying like 10,000 acres.
