I know price/acre varies for hunting property based upon multiple things but what are you finding out there for pricing. 1500/acre?etc? For Purchase.

I know alot of factors go into it, thinking of like 30 acres max around medina/frio/uvalde, close to San Antonio

depending on improvements, in medina you may be looking at upwards of $8k/acre

frio and Uvalde, anywhere from $3500-$4500/acre

I think you will be driving way out west to find land at $1500/acre. Definitely nothing in the hill country that cheap.

May be farther than you want, but land in Hamilton Co is $2,500-$3,500 per acre. Check out Hico-Ranch.com for example.

$1500/acre is not hard to find. What really matters is the overall total you are wanting to pay.

$1500 per acre is not only hard to find, it's impossible to find in a large part of this state. I don't think there is a single parcel available in Medina county for less than $2000 per acre, and that's the price if you're buying like 10,000 acres.
