10,000 acres in Mexico. Comes with a 4 bedroom house with water. Electricity is powered by a generator, the house will sleep 8 to 10 people. The ranch has a river plenty of water throughout the ranch, The rancher plants oats that are irrigated by a pivot system. 8 trophy bucks and 4 management bucks. I killed this buck from this ranch back in 2009. I was helping Paul with ranch chores and helping hunters and was allowed to kill a Buck. This Buck was shot from the balcony of the house. It's a 21" 9 point that's scores in the mid 140's. The Rancher plants an Oat field around the house and also has a field in the middle of the Ranch on a pivot system. This Ranch has a great 2 story house. It has the San Antonio River on one end of it (I believe that's the name of the River) It also has a ton of Waterfowl on it due to the River, along with more Dove than I have ever seen. Quail, Turkey and Javelina numbers are really good too. Now to the Deer. Deer numbers are good, The 2 biggest Bucks I've ever seen in Mexico was on this Ranch. Ranch has lots of cover with good Senderos. I've hunted several Ranches in Mexico with Paul, this one was always my favorite due to the wildlife numbers. I've hunted this Ranch 4 different times and even though the 9 pt is the biggest I've killed off it I've seen a lot bigger. I was just never able to close the deal on one of the monsters that live there.
