I'm looking into leasing from MHopkins from the DFW area. He does a lot of advertising which I've seen for a few years, and it seems like some of the same properties are up every year, which tells me something. He's also extremely high on his prices.

Guy is way over priced. Dont lease from him if at all possible. Tried to charge us 2,250 on a "trophy lease". Long story short, we talked to the guys that leased it the year before and all they had shot was 2 does all season and had no chances at a shooter buck. Not much of a "trophy lease" in my opinion. he will doll up any piece of land to get more money
