There was another thread on her in the past week or two asking the same question.
I have used it in East Texas to keep deer out of a garden and it worked well. You'll have to reapply the spray to the tape every couple of weeks or after a good rain. It allowed us to get more of the tomatoes than the deer. Should have roped off the okra too, they demolished it!
