It has to be true that being a liberal must be a sickness that eventually kills brain cells and thinking capability.
Cuomo has now modified the clip constraint law in NY. It has come to his attention after the fact that there are few if any clips that are limited to 7 rounds so you will be able to own a 10 round clip however you will be arrested if it is determined that you have loaded more than 7 rounds in said clip. I am sure this is raising grave and serious concern today on the part of felons who are bent on using a firearm in the commission of a crime. Do I risk arrest for the extra rounds or not. This is not fair to these poor disadvantged criminals

My BIL is teaching at West Point. He had to send his Garands to his father because they hold an 8 round clip.
He said that it was written that the ban was set at 7 specifically for the Garand.
He could not take his AR15 due to the detachable magazine.
What a load of crap.

A kahr pistol has a 7 round mag. I personally think that any limit or ban is a load of poop.
If I'm not hunting something I must be dead.

Garands aren't even on their radar. The last person to get killed with a Garand was probably during the Korean War or the Bay of Pigs.
