A related story, NY has a tip line to turn in neighbors over guns. 500 dollar reward. What could possibly go wrong with this? We tried the same thing in Iraq. Rewards for turning in insurgents. Everyone was turning in everyone who had an axe to grind. Stupidity at it's finest.

Got to love this part of the NJ story.

“They had no warrant, no charges, nothing,” the Penns Grove, N.J. tradesman wrote Sunday on the Delaware Open Carry online forum.

Cops demanded the open his gun safe, but he refused.

“I was told I was being unreasonable and that I was acting suspicious because I wouldn’t open my safe,” Moore said in the web posting. “Told me they were gonna get a search warrant. Told ’em go ahead.”

I heard the interview from the man himself and the boy on Fox News the other night.

Now, where is the ACLU on this one? I hope the NRA comes to the aid of this man and helps prosecute the heck out of the jurisdiction that came into this man'd house without reasonable cause.
Since when the did facebook pics turn into reasonable cause? I've seen pics on facebook that shows a dude eating 3 puppies. Do we need to now kick down his door for animal cruelty?

The ACLU only litigates in favor of civil liberties that line up with their agenda. They pick and choose which portions of the Constitution that they're willing to defend. Those that aren't inline with their MO don't get a second look.
