What are your most important considerations in selecting a hunting lease excluding cost. 1. Game density. 2. Food/Water source. 3. Lease in relation to game food/water. 4. Neighbors. 5. Travel Time to lease.

what you have looks good, i would add fellow members as well, if they are all friends or if you are going to be part of a group you didnt know, and quality of game.
the travel time to lease has gotten more andm ore important to me lately, not just because of gas prices but with small boys who are always playing something its tough to makea 6 hour drive somewhere.
If I send my neighbors a text and ask them to give me feedback on my lawn and plant rye into a giant dong pattern, I'm probably going to get some less than positive feedback. Same goes here.
