Can't beat some beef short ribs over a smoky mesquite pit and a little grilled eggplant.  I've really learned to love this cut. If it's cooked mid-rare, they are soo dang juicy.

Looks GREAT! Sometimes I take the bone out or buy them boneless and stir fry them with vegetables...delicious!

Looks GREAT! Sometimes I take the bone out or buy them boneless and stir fry them with vegetables...delicious! Agreed! I do the same.

crosscut is the way to go. love them with some korean bbq sauce on them.
